The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism seeks to provide the health and social care workforce with the right skillset and knowledge to provide compassionate and informed care to autistic people and people with a learning disability. Course design
Everyone first completes a 90-minute e-learning module. Staff then attend Tier 1 or Tier 2, depending on their role. Tier 1 does not need to be completed before Tier 2.
