Since being established in 2011 under the stewardship of Pooja Barot, Shreeji Training has undergone a period of sustained growth and development. Each year, Shreeji Training has added more courses and services to its learners. Training has always been delivered in the same professional yet nurturing fashion.

Working in conjunction with JGA group has allowed Shreeji Training the opportunity to find our feet in a crowded marketplace. We are proud of achieving a rating of “Good” from our latest OfSTED inspection (in conjunction with JGA in 2015) Whilst we continue to our value our relationship with JGA, Shreeji Training is now a prime supplier.

Being able to call on over 30 years of industry experience and having qualified staff in place across the team, has allowed Shreeji Training to grow and develop. From our roots in Barking to being based at the well-resourced CEME Centre in Rainham, we’ve progressed year on year and hopefully will continue to do so.
 ​Shreeji Training has achieved various accreditations, including being awarded Matrix recognition in 2016 & 2018. We also hold a coveted place on ROTAP and DCS with AO.

Shreeji Training has a peripatetic delivery model that utilises the skills and experience of both directly employed and freelance tutors & assessors so that we can be flexible and cater for the needs and requirements of our learners and communities that we serve.

Our main delivery areas and demographics are London, Essex and Kent. These delivery locations have been chosen due to their proximity to several areas Barking, Newham, Redbridge, North London, Essex, Kent and Whitechapel and the diverse communities we serve. All delivery locations have good connections via buses and various train stations.

The main teaching, training, tutoring and assessments will take place at the workplace, various hired local venues i.e. libraries, community centres as well as venues at Shreeji Training at the CEME Campus in Rainham. Classroom based learning venues at various location have been chosen to our suit learner needs. All venues have modern facilities, are secure and have daily cleaning schedules, disabled friendly and ability for use of internet and other normal training requirements like desks, chairs, OHP and whiteboards. Tea and coffee and other catering facilities for the learners needs.

Shreeji Training Ltd head office is located in the serviced CEME Campus in Rainham, Essex. It provides a professional and safe environment for our staff and learners. The CEME centre is a fabulous location for our learners to study and staff to operate our services, with a direct bus route, free parking, disability access, café and resource centre for learners to access computers and resources.

Shreeji Training has always played an active role in the communities we serve and puts the learner at the heart of all that we do. Whether it be through our free and open to all accredited Mathematics, English, ICT and ESOL qualifications or our ESF backed initiative to help unemployed people into fulfilling and enriching careers in Health and Social Care. We have identified that the majority of our learners are from ethnic minority backgrounds and face social and economic challenges from language, cultural barriers and lack of formal education to low income jobs and unemployment support needs. Therefore, we have implemented our curriculum delivery model to cater for the needs of these communities.

We also support our learners through our engagement and relationships with employers like Abbey Care, North London Asian Group, Cyprian Care and PHRA. We support and review the impact of these relationships through employer engagement and feedback activities.

The Ethic of Shreeji Training is to provide fantastic quality, cost effective training to these communities through our team of qualified Verifiers, Assessor’s, Trainers and Tutors as well as our experienced back office staff who at every stage aim to make the positive difference to the learners’ reaching their full potential and achieving their life and educational goals.
